Vision Quest
Appaloosas!
Welcome to
Welcome to Vision Quest Appaloosas located in Fairfield, Washington.
Several months ago, our extensive original website had a computer failure
as well as a billing mix-up, thus, disabling it.  A great number of people
have since contacted us trying to figure out why it was no longer accessible.

We are hoping that this site will only be temporary as we strive to get our
original website back so please bear with us as we un-muddle our way
through it and check back frequently.

Our mission statement has changed.  While we have always been strong
advocates of the Appaloosa breed and concentrate our efforts in preserving
the Prince Plaudit bloodline, economical times has caused us to re-focus
our direction of our program.  We still stand our two stallions, King of
Broken Hearts (affectionately known near and wide as "Joey") and our
junior fewspot stallion, The King of Angels, however, we are currently not
actively following a breeding schedule.  We applaud those breeders whose
foals are still in hot demand and they are receiving good prices but we
personally do not want to become overwhelmed in trying to take care of a
huge number of horses that we, like many others, have trouble in selling.

Instead our focus has changed to actually enjoy our horses more.  In 2009,
Darlene began to actively campaign her new mare, My Chocolate Truffles.
Please check Truffles personal show page for their progress.  Joey was not
actively shown through no fault of his own but we will create his own page
as well as we feel he is truly an amazing stallion.  Without a doubt, we are
very proud to own him.
